Learning Environment Surveys

The Parent Learning Environment Surveys ( green Envelope) are being sent home with your child today. Please take a few minutes to fill out the survey either online or by paper and then submit the survey. If you choose to do the survey on paper, you can mail it in the self addressed postage paid envelope or you can send it to school and we will mail it for you.

If you choose to do it online ( which is faster) you may do so as well.

This survey is very important to PS 30. The results help us plan for the immediate future. It gives us indications of whether we need to tweak some things  and address the concerns that are important to you. Please be honest with your entries. We can work together to make PS 30 A Great Place to Grow.

Thank you for your participation.

Completing the survey helps  all of the PS 30 staff, students and community. We are hoping for 100% parent participation.

THE DEADLINE FOR THE SURVEY IS APRIL 3, 2019.
